Hey everyone, Carnage here, and wow, I just realised, I’ve been doing nearly daily to hourly updates on the game! So, yes, another update on V2 so you guys are kept up to date on what I’ve finished. Changelog below!
As of now, it has:
Shops/Merchants
Bosses
4th wall attack
Brand new currency system in preparation for shop (now renamed to Bits) (can only get from chests)
Chests (get bits from them, higher rarity = more bits!) (they are also client-side)
NPCs! (they talk to you via the normal chat with conversations, also added in preparation for merchants aka shops!)
Freddles are now significantly stronger
“Players Online” text now indicate how many players are on a server
More tooltips to inform people on how to use the map and whatnot
Minor changes to character select
HP numbers shifted in Battles w/ new font
Fixed bug where players would move even in a battle
Nerfed AI
Redid level and speed system
No more level caps
DMG and SPD now has a limit of 35
Fixed sound/music bug which caused it to constantly repeat
Ranking system based on overall levels of ALL characters (This took ages!)
Slightly smaller world size (from 5,000x5,000 px to 4,000x4,000 px)
A brand new viewable map!
More loading screen puns!

In addition, I will be looking to further integrate the GameJolt API. You’re probably wondering what I mean. Well, think of it as the Xbox achievement popups with GameJolt trophies instead.
