Arborescence 1.2 Released!

This update mainly adds the quick save feature, new splash screen, and a bunch of bug fixes.

  • Added quick save feature. Players can quit their current gameplay session and resume where they left off at a later time

  • Fixed a bug where Quell would walk in place if you commanded her to move to the exact same place she is current standing

  • Fixed a rare bug where Quell could not pick up a key if it was located at the exact same spot she is currently standing

  • Fixed an issue where Quell would keep moving if the Restart button was clicked when she was moving

  • Fixed an issue where buttons were still usable during room transitions

  • Fixed a bug where the buttons that show up at the end of a level would appear even when the game is paused

  • Minor improvements to the tree drawing algorithm

  • Replaced darkening of buttons on hover with various other effects on hover, click, etc.

  • Shortened fade in transition at title screen

  • New splash screen
