Art, Music & A Sink

Current State

The development is going good and steady. So far most of the development has been within the programming department. The bugs are few, and the list of completed mechanics grow and grow. We will keep doing weekly updates. :)

Next 2 weeks

But from todays date, we’ll start to produce much more of the art, and really get the game looking as it should hopefully within a few weeks. For now most of the focus are on characters and character animation.

We also got to use the same musician as for most of our other games. If you want to listen to some of this AWESOME music, you should check our game “Spooky Remanence”. You won’t be disappointed.

We are looking forward to bring life into the game with sound and art. On the other hand, the programming will not progress next 14 days.

Since Last

If you’re interested in what we did since last time, and wondering if we even progressed then, yes. Dont worry, the working rate on this game is great and here is what we’ve last week. It is probably a bit abstract for you, as you haven’t seen gameplay, but i write it anyways, so you can follow along on the progress. It will all make more sense soon:
The player can now choose which ingredients to have in the ingredient stations. This means you have multiple stations, with different ingredients (8 in each) so you can cook all the different 3 dishes we have so far.
Furthermore we added easier breakdown of the dishes, so players now how to construct the dishes, and we made a design of how this should be presented.
The pot will now also show which ingredients is in it.
Other minor changes that i will not bore you with. But let me know if you are interested in hearing more about the technical aspect and/or more details about the work progress. Such as, problems we run in to, how we get around them, how we work and so on.

Oh, and we want to show more graphics next 2 weeks but for now, here is a sink:

First Playable Version

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.
