Capsule 1 was released exclusively on windows for quite some time. Eventually it was ported to mac and linux but more people could have played if it was released for mac windows and linux from day 1. Thats why Capsule 2 will be on Windows, Mac and linux on day 1! The early access will also be on all the platforms. The only down side to this is that updates will take a little bit longer but that should not be a problem
