I think what broke me (apart from lack of motivation and stuff), was that I had the mindset of: "One game per year", because of that I forced myself to work on multiple games...

Now I don't even wanna do anything creative at all...

I released a final patch for the demo. No more updates so if there is glitch or sum then it'll be fixed in full game.
