[While driving, you decide to think about if you should use the abandoned location in town, or if you should use a brand new building]
[Using the abandoned one would be far more cheap and easy, however it could cause legal and structural issues later on]
[Using a brand new building would be more expensive and a bit less easy, however it could be a better thing to do in the long-term]
