Welcome aboard, friends and fans!

My profile has received a great rebrand thinking on the future, and I am officially in the road to become a #GamejoltCreator (and 1K followers ahead), and that's nice because I will have the tag and many other benefits, also including significant recognition and opens the door to a new way of making fangames, or perhaps, even indie games.

9 years as a Game Developer

Yesterday I completed 9 years as a #GameDeveloper, working for the community since January 9th 2017, as a Programmer/Coder, and then (2023 and beyond) 2D Designer and Writer.

That's something I really like about my career, and that somehow, it encouraged me to even create my own stories, which may one day become indie games, which I will make for a fee but in homage to my countless fans who have been with me since 2017.

2025 was certainly a hard year for me, both here in the community and in real life, with lots of drama/controversy, pointless arguments, and canceled projects, it was, in a way, a good year, and I don't complain about anything because by doing my best in 2026, I will be able to recover at least a good part of what I lost, build new things, and continue my career as a developer. Happy 2026 to everyone.

Now the main post here... Beyond Reflectance Team

Reflectance Team is the union between great game developers that urge to revive great old games that were canceled or simply didn't receive attention or updates since they were released, that includes:

  • A J1 Remaster (Directed by @Sim_Naum )

    • Originally planned to be a J4 reboot, but rebranded in order to revive the first game with a new atmosphere and to avoid conflicting with the official reboot that is currently being planned, according to the official JOLLY Discord Server.

    • It's being made with the help of @edu_mohe (Lead Character Modeler) and we are planning to bring more people, including people from the original JOLLY 4 Dev. Team, which is the inspiration for the game's new horror atmosphere.

  • TRTF: V (Directed by me)

    • Serving as reboot for both the original TRTF5 from 2015/2016, and TRTF5 Reimagined from 2021/2025 (originally developed by @MaxDev ), it has a new and modern horror atmosphere, and a new 3D rebrand, while being made under CTF limitations (at the moment), making it a game to mark CTF engine evolution.

    • The game is planned to have over 14 Floors (yes, FOURTEEN floors), and it's split in two parts, those being PART A and PART B, with 7 floors each and some extra stuff depending on the application, and is highly inspired by the concepts of THE ROAD THAT FALLS: V (before the rebrand) created by Edmund Ahlström himself.

  • TRTF: Reawakened (Directed by @Sim_Naum )

    • Serving as a remake for the original TRTF1/FNaF3 from 2015, connecting it to the original TDT (The Dreadful Truth) from 2016 and even the Rewritten one by @Ephexon , along with many extra content and stuff, to further differentiate the remake from the FNaF saga and avoid the game feeling like just another mix of FNaF1 and FNaF2, the building won't be completely remade to remain faithful to the original game. However, it will receive many changes, new animatronics will also be added, and it will have a connection to TRTF: V, from the same universe.

    • From the hands of @Sim_Naum and many other people, prepare for a new take on TRTF story, this time a modern take, forget everything you thought you knew about TRTF Classic, because you'll see many changes in this remake version.

I think this is the most complete post/devlog I ever made here in Gamejolt, and after explaining everything (including the rebrand), I just have one more thing to say:
