Bit Madness 0.4.3 build released!


It has been long time since the last update.
I have been a bit lazy with this project but I really hope I can get all the major features done this summer.

This update is pretty small but now that I have implemented all the gameplay mechanics I can soon start remaking all levels and add other cool stuff.

Gameplay

  • Player can now do airdash (Double tap move button in air).
    (The airdash doesn’t yet do any damage to enemies)

  • Changed the stomp animation.

Enemies

  • Basic enemy AI is now simpler and better optimized.

  • Removed temporarily the ability to jump from basic enemy.

Fixes

  • Fixed bunch of little bugs and animation errors.

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
