The whole idea behind these Milestones are that since Limeladd has an imaginary audience egging him on to kill the survivors, not fully understanding what he's doing in the process, the audience in his head starts wanting more and more violence as he becomes more well-known.

I decided to rename the Entity to "The Boogeyman" due to the Original Name being very Generic and not fitting as well.
