Canis Lupus Update #7: We Are Not Going Anywhere!

Finally! After so much time since we’ve announced this game, we are ready! Yeah, we agree that we have revealed this game way too soon, but this is our way to work, so do not worry. We like to build and create our games from the ground up with the help of our community. With Stifled, both us at Blaster Lizard and the crew of Gattai Games continuously used the feedback of the community to improve the game and with Canis Lupus this hasn’t been different.

How much time has passed? 5 years? Yeah… Something around that, and now, with extreme pleasure, we are here to announce that not only we have our first Gameplay Trailer to show to all of you, but that a lot more cool stuff regarding CL is coming soon!

For now, please enjoy this amazing trailer that we’ve made just for you guys. Thank you a lot for sticking with us this entire journey, never losing faith.

Whoa! Wait a minute Goddammit!

Why? Why after so much time? Why just now?

Well… We’ve always said: this is a very expensive and ambitious project. It’s very common to see developers who are engaging in this kind of project to simply abandon it and try something easier… But not us. This is a game that we are doing with our hearts and instead of filling this GameJolt page with a bunch of content that might not be in the final product (because it’s not optimized or working at all), we wanted to make a solid content that we would be sure that we are proud of it.

Regarding the budget… This is another thing that we are really happy to say but Canis Lupus is not being entirely made by us anymore. We’ve done a great partnership with the brazilian game publisher Nostalgic, specialist in online games, that are helping us to bring this project to life!

This is VERY important to us… And we know that we’ve been on the shadows for way too long. We are not promising that this won’t happen again, but you guys can be very sure that Canis Lupus is happening and has a lot to show!

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
