He was about 4 or 5 at the time. He blamed himself despite being told otherwise. He would go ask far as trying to burn himself not long after turning 7. He had a bad case of depression. Despite that, he never harmed anyone else purposefully and rarely did he accidentally. So his murderous actions were unpredictable.
This information was provided by Harrison’s therapist he was not a member of staff at the orphanage but was hired by them from his own office for Collin specifically.
