Santa here has commited many crimes, allow me to elaborate

Some small crimes are using loved ones of others to commit blackmail, telling children that if they dont go to sleep santa will not give them a gift- is pretty close. blackmail can lead to up to 15-20 years in prison

2nd, driving under the influence, in some reigons it is common practice to leave a beer out for mr. Claus. driving a sleigh after having possibly half a million drinks is definetly illegal and can lead to up to 9 months in prison

3rd and most prominent, breaking and entering- even if you were invited to the house, if you enter in a "stealthy" or unauthorized manner (e.g., sliding down the chimney due to the door being locked) that can still lead to 5 to 30 years or even life in prison.

I suggest a sentence lasting no shorter than 50 years in prison.
