The v1.1 demo of “Cataegis - The White Wind” has been uploaded here on GameJolt.

In “Cataegis”, the player takes control of a futuristic knight dispatched to fight a deity claiming to be Ishtar, who promises to erradicate death around the world if she’s worshipped as the One True Goddess everywhere. With the world plunged in war, a secret order of Crusaders send Cataegis, their most skilled enforcer, to take care of Ishtar.

The gameplay is rather reminiscent of Strider, as you slash, slide, double jump and charge your sword attacks with different weapon adaptors to find during your quest. This demo features the first stage and offers PC joystick support.

Tweaks in v.1.1 involve the fixing of small menu issues, a new short addition to the Game Over screen and more. You can get it here.

A new demo should be upcoming in hopefully a few weeks.
