Slightly nerfed power draining in Arcade Mode (so it doesn't feel like you're running on half-drained AAA batteries. Now it feels like you're running on 3/4 drained AAA batteries :D)

Environment Work As Of Late
(CDH4) Released v1.1.1, which recodes the "soft reset" mechanic in Arcade Mode (because the old code kept breaking the logic, causing the "soft reset" to randomly not happen)
