✅ Your mod must be created during the jam period of Friday, September 17th at midnight (Eastern Time Zone) - 11:59pm (Eastern Time Zone) on Friday, September 24th

✅ Your mod must be based on the surprise theme that will be revealed at the start of the jam on Friday, September 17th at midnight (Eastern Time Zone)

✅ Your mod must be uploaded to Game Jolt for voting and submitted to the jam channel before the deadline of 11:59pm (Eastern Time Zone) on Friday, September 24th! Don’t miss it!

✅ The mod should be playable on Windows/Mac operating systems!

✅ The mod and all of its visual aspects should be made during the jam development period

✅ You can use pre-made music and sound assets (don’t forget that you must have permission or a license for it, alright?)

✅ Collaborations and group efforts are more than welcome! Invite the cool FNF peeps you want to join your team by creating a post in the Questions channel!

✅ You can use existing tools, engines, languages and programming libraries to develop your mod

✅ Are multiple entries allowed? Yes, but we encourage you to spend that extra time improving the quality of a single entry instead. Quality over quantity, ya know?

✅ Your mod must be free!

✅ You can add images and descriptions to your Game Jolt game page at any time during the jam

✅ After the voting period has concluded, feel free to squash those bugs and polish your mod to make it look even more amazing!

✅ Be cool. No racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, religious prejudice, or other forms of hate. No personal attacks. No pornographic content. Nothing illegal.

✅ And now, the most important rule of all: have LOADS OF FUN!

Pro tip: Instead of creating a new account/sharing passwords, add your teammates as collaborators to the game page when managing the game ;)

🗳️ Voting & Prize:

All of Game Jolt is welcome to play and vote on their favorite mods as soon as the jam is over! You'll have until Sunday, October 3rd to cast your vote. We will proudly announce the winners in the Friday Night Funkin' community on Monday, October 4th. The top 3 winning mods will each get 15 minutes to livestream theirawesome mods in the Friday Night Funkin' community on Friday, October 8th.
