Shiki (Samurai Shodown)

Shiki is a woman who was meant to be Yuga's servant before her birth. Her identity and memory become fractured when she was brainwashed by Yuga in her adulthood. He engraves an enchanted snake tattoo on her back as a means to control her. She is told to find a man fit to become the perfect body for the Dark Lord's resurrection. Finding Haohmaru to be that man, she follows him for a chance to take him away to her master.

Zero (Mega Man X)

Zero is a maverick hunter who can stay cool and collected, even during a crisis. Zero was initially created by Dr. Wily and was deemed a 'Maverick' since due to him being potentially dangerous to humans. He was eventually enlisted as a Maverick Hunter.

Dr. Doom (Marvel Comics)

Victor von Doom is known as the supreme leader and monarch for the Kingdom of Latveria. Due to a horrific accident that left his face scarred, he hides his face within a iron mask and armor. Within the Marvel universe, he is considered one of the most brilliant scientists and sorcerers, to the point where he was a candidate to be the title of Sorcerer Supreme.

Alena (Dragon Quest IV)

Alena is the tsarevna of Zamoksva, but dreams of becoming the strongest fighter alive. Against the wishes of her father, she embarks on a journey to prove her strength to the world.

Alena has an unique meter known as the Morale meter. The more attacks you land, the higher her morale goes. If her morale is at max, you can activate Custom Combo without having to use your Super Meter. Be careful, if you get hit, you will lose meter.

Sakuya Izayoi (Touhou series)

Sakuya is the Chief Maid who serves Remilia Scarlet, the head of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She is the only human living in the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She has the ability of time manipulation.

Sakuya is one of few characters who doesn't have a Lv 3 Super.

Ky Kiske (Guilty Gear)

Sol Badguy's rival finally joins the fight. Ky is a former member of the Sacred Order of Holy Knights during the Crusades. This former crusader had a strong sense of justice which guides him through all sorts of uncertainties.

Ky's stage comes from Guilty Gear Strive. It's still amazing that the stage runs fine in M.U.G.E.N.

Extra Stages!

When you have limited space on the character select or a limited amount of characters available from the Mugen Archive, a lot of series/characters had to be omitted. These extra stages are a way to be able to represent more series.

Bowser's Castle (Super Mario series)

Bowser may not join the fight, but his castle will still be a suitable place to fight.

The Velvet Room (Persona series)

There have been many Velvet Rooms over the history of Persona. This one comes from Persona 3 by the way. Speaking of which, there may will be a Persona character in this game... but the question is, who is it?

Court Room (Ace Attourney series)

Phoenix Wright would've been a character to kill for to have in this game. Sadly, no CvS styled versions of him exist on the Mugen Archive. So a stage where he cameos will do.

Asura's Wrath (Asura's Wrath)

Asura's Wrath is one of those underrated gems within Capcom's many IPs. This story based beat 'em up/shoot 'em up/quick time event simulator game is one of the finest out there. Man, I wish someone made a CvS version of Asura.

Original Time Square (Guilty Gear Strive)

This was supposed to be Sol Badguy's stage believe it or not. Back when I added him to the game around late 2021, there were no versions of this stage available for M.U.G.E.N at all. Now that I've found one, I decided to add it to the game as an extra stage.

Paris (Guilty Gear X)

This is Ky's classic stage from the first few Guilty Gears. Since Sol Badguy's stage is his classic stage from the earlier Guilty Gears, I figured it's fair to add Ky's stage as well.
