Dippy (Oblitus Casa) - When you see him in the window, outside of the office, shine your flashlight a him to prevent his attack.

Belial (Oblitus Casa) - When you see her logo in the camera, wait until it fade away, or she'll appear in your office, making loud crying sounds and preventing you to use the cameras until she go away

The Face (4.0) - He will move around the vents and eventually reach the office. Keep a close eye on him and make sure the vent door is shut.

Spirit Photo-Negative Mickey (FNATI 2) - To avoid his attack, do not keep the light off for too long

Jake (FNATI 2) - He will occasionally come to your office. Turn off your lights to avoid his attack.
