Robert is a major character of The Passionate Girls. He is a cocky, abrasive and hot-headed boy, who acts as a leader of the Apathetic Boys. He has his twin brothers Skylar and Thomas and he is a male equivalent and a rival of Jessica. Robert is shown to be very bossy around his brothers, but he gives them for any advices to be angry and mean. He has a strong dislike for Jessica, because he thinks her energetic attitude makes her more athletic than him. Robert always has a plan to compete Jessica for a challenge, but he easily gets distracted when he sees Jessica's moves.
