I've added some cheats for debugging here.
To unlock the cheats you must type a secret code. I cannot tell you the secret code.
Once unlocked, the cheats are as follows:
num* : Invincibility
num0 : Teleport home
num1 - num4 : Teleport to car spawn locations
num+ : Turn off The Nameless One
num- : Spawn cars at all spawn points
num7 : Spawn 4 Nameless Ones
PGDN : Restart game
