Anew Stellar Sonic is the Subleader of the Stellar Team and a Second Main Antagonist of the "SS!" fangame.
Despite that he's the 2nd leader, he still argues with Top Stellar Shadow, that he's the main leader.

Anew Stellar Sonic normally is a Skin for Clone Sonic "Tune-Up!" and the origin
of his appearance was indeed a planned incoming from the main story mode of "Imagine It!" fancomic.
