Chipper and Sons Lumber Islands Cancelled Alpha Released

Hey everyone,

Chipper and Sons Lumber Islands is no longer a project that I would like to put my time into. I really did enjoy working on this project, but it has become more of a burden than anything I would like to shift my focus onto bigger and better projects.

This alpha release does not have multiplayer as a lot of the features are unstable. Some quests are also not finished, but you can still collect items and build up your own little island. I have changed drop pools for the tree monsters and current trades to be able to give every item in the game at some point so every object in the game is eventually buildable. I'm sorry to disappoint with the cancellation of this game but I feel it is for the best.

You can now play Lumber Islands with an Xbox controller! All you have to do is press START with a controller hooked up. I must say, it is the most casual way to play personally!

Here's an old beta of the game showcasing some old graphics and the now scrapped Stocking, acting like the boot from Super Mario Bros. 3. It was scrapped from the game because of its stark resemblance but it was fun to make!
