Chuck is now ready to be imported!

Took a while to get Rolfe's rig working, but we managed to get the rigs to work properly in blender, so now we can add cosmetics to any pre-existing RR bot, starting with Chuck here.

To clear things up- no, SPTE isn't abandoned. The last thing I'd want is for this project to end abruptly. I've been busy with personal life and school lately so I haven't had time to develop, but I promise I'll be trying to get an update released soon
