Description:

When used, Clockwork Fizzie will spin her spear, Hasta Fati, and stab it into the ground. Enemies hit by the initial stab will be fatigued and have their skill timer extended by 1.5%, while remaining allies will have their skill timer reduced by 2%, each for one turn. This skill will also negate all debuffs. The Fizzie with the lowest HP will be healed 25% of what they lost.

You ever heard that cats were the pets of Pharaohs? This Fizzie was created with the soul of the first cat to exist, and as such been granted the ability to hold power over time. Her fizz is made of soda mixed with ichor, the golden blood of gods. Her realm is full of rifts, to see all possible timelines for a situation. She's become numb due to the solitude that this position provides, but still wishes to give people the best lives they possibly can live.
