alright,alright,i always talk about how i have a few OCs i wanted to show you all but i never showed,which,to the most dedicated of my followers,it's a pain in the head.

but here it is,after all these years,the first OC i'll ever show: Ned Magnayama! i will later post a reference sheet of her because there is a bit of info i wanna share about her so please be patient!

i added the hoodie stuff because the drawing felt a bit empty and she will not use the design shown in the picture that much ;^; (sorry for the ppl that thought that the design was cool)

the reason it says re-draw in the title it's because it's a re-draw of a drawing (more specifically,the first ever one) i made of her although this one looks more epic. i will try to get that picture posted because my older phone (who has the pic) isn't turning on.

in this drawing she's having a Touhou style battle with the police for some reason because yes.
