Creatures of Nowhere has been cancelled, BUT...
That doesn’t mean there will never be a Creatures of Nowhere game in the future! :O
I do definitely plan on making a non-FNaF Creatures of Nowhere game someday.
I just kinda lost all interest in developing this game, but I plan on making a brand new Creatures of Nowhere game that will further explore the whole “spirits appearing as your greatest fears” thing, though it may take several years before I begin working on that.
Here's some concept sketches to show that I haven't completely forgotten about Creatures of Nowhere! (sorry for the sideways pics) it's still a long ways away, but this game is still one of my main priorities alongside Purple Cube's and Gutseeker :D

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
