Creole.

Creole seasoning is a spice mix commonly used in Creole cooking. It is used to give just about any food an extra kick. It's made up of garlic, salt, black pepper, white pepper, oregano, and parsley, among other things. It can be spicy but doesn't have to be. Don't be fooled by the bright red color of some blends, the color is usually the result of mild paprika. In keeping with the French cooking style, Creole cuisine uses the heat from chili peppers in moderation. Both Creole and Cajun cooking terms are used interchangeably. BUT, technically, Cajun and Creole seasoning are different. Cajun seasoning typically only has garlic powder, onion, black pepper, and Cayenne pepper. Creole seasoning will add more herbs such as paprika, oregano, and thyme. You can substitute Creole seasoning for Cajun seasoning, as these seasoning blends use many of the same base ingredients, such as pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. However, Creole seasoning does not have as strong of a spicy kick as Cajun seasoning and will give the final dish an herbal flavor.

#FixTF2. I'm a big fan of the Valve games, including Team Fortress 2, so I whipped this up in blender to support the movement.

I figured this was worth temporarily breaking my hiatus.
