In the time era of the 1860s of London, a child was born into this cruel world. A very unique child, born with a rare blood disease that slowly rotted him away by the day. His strength, constantly dwindling. He was not expected to live past his 20s. To make matters more dreadful, it had an effect on his body, black veins, spots of rotting flesh, these spread more and more all over his body as he grew up, making him an outcast to most. People were either scared or tormented poor Charlie, but that didn't stop him from finding the cure to his condition. Since the day he could walk he dedicated his life to the studios and science of medicine and the organic body. At the age of 25, though both his health and the people around him got worse, but the years of research finally paid off. He has found a way to save his life, sadly not reversed the damage but at least stopping it from worsening and granting him a full life. A blood trans fusion was required, only of the healthiest supply and frequently as well. Only problems were that Charlie grew up in a poor family, he couldn't afford the trans fusions provided by the hospital and due to his appearance no one would even consider taking pity on the poor man. He was so close, so close to his salvation, only to be crushed by the world and its cruel inhabitants. To this, He thought not! He was smart, capable of performing the trans fusions himself. But, he still needed blood, healthy blood like the kind the people who wouldn't help him, shunned him, and tormented him have. With his sheathed saber masked as his walking cane, Charlie prowls London at the dead of night, looking for victims to capture, incarcerate and syphon them completely of their blood and leaving their corpses in the streets.
