My bro's been into Cyberpunk recently so figured I'd draw something from it... it was painful lmao

Was originally going to draw Kerry because uh *cough* Decaying Winter but uh didn't really know how to do it. So I decided to draw V looking out at the city instead. Not too happy with the buildings through the window but it does the job.
