Sorry for the wait, things got hectic in terms of real life, and certain side projects. But I'm back!
To ease back into things, thought I'd show off some of the CGI work that's gone into the backgrounds (with my own touch-ups for lighting and color, and a peek at what they look like vanilla).
Models tend to come in two varieties: Custom made and modeled down to the textures, or models from the 3D Warehouse heavily modified and re-textured (note: this was also the case to a lesser extent in GNCR, and almost VoL. 1. The latter didn't happen, however, because of time constraints).
Fortunately, I'm now at the stage of modeling out the new universes visited, so that aspect of the project is going solid.
Likewise, despite being pre-rendered, these models will also be used for BaF BaFs, ExplorE segments, and cutscenes, so you will get to see them in all angles!
Pretty sure that's about it for now (that isn't just more of the same). Now, I'll be gettin' back to work, laterz!
