
Look at us! Contracting away, what a happy time.
CocaNut again, rambling about their Contractions..
We're still very much in Early Development, but as you can hopefully see, our progress is excelling by the day!
There's still lots to be done. Many of the game's mechanics are still being improved as we start seeing more and more of our game, yet I believe that's a good thing. Everything is changing for the better as we go on, and we really want nothing more than for this to be a truly unforgettable RogueLite.
But what's there to show? Well not a lot, still. Once again, we want to hold-off on showing certain things too early, either because they're not the prettiest as of right now, or because there's a decent chance it will change in the future.
However, there's still a few things to show off for the two Contracted Fans out there.
Here's a peak at the 3D side of the game, courtesy of Epic, who's kindly modeled the player's hands. Including the Wrist-Wired Computer! Our glorified pause-menu. But it does some other stuff, I guess. Obviously, this will look much different in the final game, so please don't throw rocks at us.
Okay now here's an incredibly early look at the Cameras. Almost none of what you see here is final. Well like 99% of it will definitely be replaced before the next Devlog, but it's still an important thing to show. You get to choose which rooms of the building to place your "Camera Drones" inside, and have to use your cursour to find where the Mutants are in each of the rooms. So a much more complex/deeper version of the traditional FNAF Camera System. I sure hope there's not 15+ Camera Drone Upgrades. That'd be so gay. I mean lame.
