sup fnati and fnaf fans, it's been a while. hope you're enjoying the rest of this summer, cause its sure was an eventful one for us!
Anyway, time to share our recent progress.
Catacombs
We dedicated this month to start working on Catacombs, a section we've been stuck on for a long time. Fortunately, after we finally got the plans for them settled back in July, working on them became much smoother than we originally anticipated.
It's a big section of the game, so we will be working on for the following future.

Regarding its role, it's probably not what you usually expect from a free-roam section, especially a NBD one :)
Main Gameplay
Nights 1-5 are done and playable. We are still missing some assets, some translation work, might change some balancing this and there, but model-wise and mechanic-wise main nights are complete.
Regarding custom night, we're still working on some things for it, but max mode of the game was proven to be beatable by several team members (including myself!)

The gameplay loop came out to be really fun, which I'm really proud of it. Really excited for everyone to experience it, when the game comes out!
Story
The story of this game was... an interesting question. Initially, we had really big plans for it that we eventually cut down, for good. As it would be too complicated for a standalone game. We're not doing sequels, prequels or any continuation afterwards.
Would it be like your average FNaTI story? Maybe, maybe not. You'll see.
Percentage
With all things considered, you might be wondering.
"How close is the game to being done?"
...Around halfway there, I would say? We still have a lot of things to make and figure out. The hardest parts are behind us, we just have to finish the rest.
