Now this one has some big stuff to say. Anyways, hi again. Been a while since the last devlog, but I am now here to share you more news about Mason's.
As most of you know, recently we have made the switch from save codes to saving completely. This means that you don't have to put in codes for your data anymore! Save data will be represented with 3 stars depending on what you have completed.
For a change to a character we made due to some feedback. DJ Ghoster will now have a flicker effect when he moves. But his mechanic will still be the same.
But the biggest announcement is that....
Mason's is now 100% completed!
After months of being in development. We have taken our time to bring you a great experience. This will be Team Marx's biggest project yet. But due to its size, we won't add additional new features once the game is out for a while. So don't expect any updates to Mason's. But don't worry, the game will be bug free once its released.
Lastly, about the release date. To be honest, I think I wanna push it back to December 27th or January 1st, 2025. I just don't want you to wait for a while just for this game. But even if the game does not launch on the anniversary, it still counts as a celebration of my legacy of being a game dev.
As always that's all I wanted to say about Mason's. The last thing I wanna talk about right now is my personal life.
You see, as of today I started school, and I wanna have my focus on school more than making silly games. As I want to do well in school right now. I'm in 11th grade right now and I don't wanna rush out my day to go home just to make stuff. So you won't see posts from me for a while.
That's all I wanted to say in general. I hope I can see you guys again once the final devlog is out.
