Devlog II: Winds of Progress (and a Few Glitches)

[[HEY EVERYONE]]!

I hope you enjoy version 0.3.1!!

This version’s a bit rushed, but for good reason. I’ve been building tools to speed up world creation. Manually placing everything for the theme park was painfully slow, so this should save a lot of time moving forward.

🛠️ What’s New

  • Added foliage (only a few types for now)

  • Foliage now reacts to wind

  • Added some atmospheric background elements

  • Tweaked the sky visuals

  • Removed the shift system (for now, it’ll return once it’s actually fun)

  • Cleaned up some odd developer comments

🐛 Bugs Introduced!

  • Imbir (the Guest) can now randomly get stuck in the ground. I have no idea why.

  • Crouch jumping in the current shop building lets you peek through the roof.

So yeah, this update isn’t packed with gameplay changes, it’s more about laying the groundwork for the full release. Still, feel free to explore and mess around.

As always, if you find bugs, send them to [email protected] and I'll add you as an Easter egg in the game!

Thanks for sticking with it, more updates coming soon.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
