Art by justatopaz. Not much is known about him, except that he's the main culprit of all the pollution and trash everywhere. There sure is something strange about this deity though...

I can't believe it took me this long for me to notice, but on the blue cat's sticker (I forgot it's name), above it's light thingy it's projecting something making it like an exclamation mark. Chao emotion balls can do the same thing. Hidden similarity?
