homebrew port teaser (collab with @bastianseb (half-official port maybe idk))

i ran into problems that fast (example: level store doesnt load levels properly on the SE (scratch everywhere) end)

it sucks at running the griffpatch tile engine (even with tile clones removed) the port might be cancelled rc3ds is a really good idea tho
