Dotbangora Kebabom is the leader of the dotbangos at the top of the vine, and he is also the second boss.
Like most leaders, his position reflects his ability to follow rules, and rules are his favourite thing in life, which you can see in his highly structured cage like attacks. Since he is so weak and stupid, many of his attacks require the aid of flying guns that he obtained from somewhere.
