The old version of the game is now offline, while I am preparing the new version. Like with Star Story, I did try to keep the game as close to the old version as possible, but as the code is for a large part rewritten from scratch, some notable changes in the upcoming version were inevitable.

• The new version will NOT be compatible with the Game Jolt API. Since I am planning to leave Game Jolt (I *will* keep my games on itch.io) it will not be very handy to keep this feature up.

• The system Anna will be taken down too. I wanna get rid of the server the bot Anna lives on. In stead I've set up an alternate system. Anna's temple did remain in the game and can open up based on the achievement you got in this game, Star Story and Dyrt. Three RPG designs that are currently planned (follow me on itch.io or tumblr for those) may also trigger this system in the future.

• Unfortunately savegames will NOT be compatible with the old version of the game. The underlying technology has too much differences for that. I do not yet have a conversion tool in mind. If you can work out how the savegames work, you are free to develop one yourself, but please note that it will not be made "official".

• One big difference is the "Lost City of Dandleton". In the old version it was only available in the New Game+. I've made it available now as a sidequest in the main playthrough too. This because this sidequest tells too much invaluable information about the history the story line revolves around. In order to fill the gap in the New Game+ I will add a cameo dungeon from Star Story, just like Star Story has its cameo to the Phantasar world. In fact, I pulled the same stunt in Dyrt.

• The Mac version has been discontinued. I hope I can port the engine to Linux in the future, but no promises there. For Windows this will work.

• The new version is 64bit CPU only.

• The new version no longer uses a launcher. With the overagressive nature of anti-malware software these days, that was a very needful step.

• The assets do still remain the same. Well most of them. Only those I had to change have been changed (and of course, I added a few assets needed for the Star Story cameo dungeon).

And those are the most important techno notes.
