Enemies...

This post will include enemies I’m planning to have in Midbyte.

Blob
A basic enemy that moves horizontally and turns around at ledges. However, they can be on ceilings, too.
Killed by jumping on it, you must be flipped in the same direction.

Fish
Moves horizontally, placed underwater.
Killed by jumping on it, regardless of flipping.

Crusher
Works like a Thwomp from Mario.
Can’t be killed.

Dragon Cannon
Fires fireballs every 2 seconds or so. They never move… Or do they?
Can’t be killed, but can’t harm you either. Their fireballs can, though…

Bat
Works like the Fish but in the air in World 1.
Killed the same way as Fish.

Swing
A large chain ball attached to a block or a ring that spins around slowly.
Can’t be killed.

Final boss is (somewhat) complete!

More information will be revealed later.

A ridiculously difficult level? I’ve made some weird and hard levels… I think this will fit as the 3rd World’s hidden level, “Ultimate Challenge”. Could be a lot harder than this, honestly… The last screen is obviously the easiest…

Progress has been slow but I think it's going forward...

So has there been any progress?

Well, yes but actually no.

Midbyte V2 is released! Now, after several months, I’ve finally finished V2. I hope. There may still linger a bug or two here and there, or things that are out of place so be sure to notify me! I hope you’ll enjoy what V2 has to offer.

So I can make profile posts? Neat. Lately, I've focused on Midbyte's sequel, "Into Another World", but active development hasn't started yet, so a Devlog is not available. Stay tuned, I guess.

Some progress made I’ve worked on Midbyte a little . See the following GIF that shows the first level… Nothing more will be available anytime soon…

Chiaki Nanami!

Ibuki Mioda!

A Shiny Mega Gengar 🌟 For @ManutkArt 's #ThreeColorsChallenge!

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)
