Game
Deltarune's DRAGON BLAZERS

Enjoy the first look at Team MANTLE's next project: DRAGON BLAZERS! Based upon Gerson Boom's LORD OF THE HAMMER, embark on a journey in a world where everyone can choose who they are!

Alright, time to quit the roleplaying. Deltarune's DRAGON BLAZERS is a game inspired by the Sword Route games that you play behind the scenes. A track in those games is called GLACEIR, and it plays in a cross-shaped maze that the ice mage has to guide you through. Coincidentally, in one of Noelle's blog posts in the Spamton Sweepstakes she describes such a maze in the actual Dragon Blazers, where you can see she is listening to a soundtrack in Dragon Blazers called GLACEIR. Inspired by this, I decided to create a project that aims to make a full game inspired by the Sword Route games. There is just one plot twist however...

Dragon Blazers is also mentioned to have turn-based combat. Which either means that A: Dragon Blazers is nothing like the Sword Games at all or B: The game somehow has both real-time and turn-based combat... You know, that is actually a pretty good idea!

This game will feature both real-time and turn-based combat! FIGHT enemies using your familiar sword, or knock them out and ACT to engage turn-based combat! Equip armor or weapons to switch effortlessly between the two, or maybe focus on a specific style of combat! But don't worry, our little vessel isn't the only person that will join this merry band. Who else will join? Check out the main page! Feel free to leave questions under this post, I'll try my best to answer them.
