Appearance:

The creature looks like an inverted version of Mickey Mouse from the 1930s. In some places, you can see the broken off areas of the skin, and something ink-like substance can be seen flowing from them. He has a blue bow tie, cyan pants with straps, blue gloves and blue & black shoes. And a long white mouse tail.

Trivia:

1) Initially, Mickey was supposed to have a gray face, but it didn't look very good, and because of this, the color changed to blue.
2) With jumpscares, he would bleed yellow blood.
3) And even at an early stage of design development, it would not have been none inverted in some places.
4) In his head is Henry's skull. (Like with MickMick from FNaTI 4.0)
5) The name Inverted Mickey was coined long before TI:AE.
6) In the original design, it had huge ears. (Idk why do I draw Mickey-like characters with such big ears.)
7) He is friends with MickMick from TI: Forgotten game by Und.
8) Inverted Mickey doesn't like Frozen Wario.
