lil animation i made for the laser beam thingy, what do you guys think of the animation? how would you rate it from a scale of one to ten?

just made this little animation, what do you guys think, have i improved?

lil karate guy i made, is he gonna shoot a fire ball? laser beam? idk ill leave it up to you guys to figure that out, am i gonna make an animation for him? maybe... pls let me know what you think of him? btw he might even be a protagnonist...
