Changed power to go down much faster, which 3 usage or higher

Power starts on 1 bar instead of 0 bars [60.71333% -> 23.58% an entire night doing literally nothing]

Scrap now has a rare stuff which is better than the more common stuff

Cash Register Scrap is more rare, but the cash you get from it went up a decent bit

Added failsafe for RNG movement for the future

IRS Timer was slightly nerfed 20 -> 30 seconds

Fixed Squigly giving you power instead of decreasing power when she goes to your door

Fixed Stock Door, using Stock Bread's AI to determine things

Fixed Girlfriend being much faster on Lower AI

Fixed An error where getting a Camera error would put you into the void in the office.
