slight changes:

- the lightning hitbox has been enlarged

- game size reduced by 21mb

- slight changes in special effects

- the lobby has been "renovated"

i realesed a poll. but anyways i was making small changes to sonic solo ( i changed only menu actually. )

To train my abilities i maded lvl from the spritis of hell and it working ( with one bilion glithes xd )
