Final patch of 1.4 has been released with fixed bugs and an inclusion of the new stage set for the final boss.

Rugal is the final boss of the KOF Pocket Battle (obviously). As he is close to being finalized, one last patch of 1.4 will be released alongside the stage Blacknoah shown within the image.

(3/3) This 2nd gif now demonstrates the different within the speed. This method is often used in most fighting game that doesn't involve much of quick combos. Overall, this has applied to normal and unique heavies (expect Aerials).
