Finalizing initial options screen and fixed a couple bugs

- Update engine to Godot 4.3
- Add labels to volume sliders
- Fixed laser sound being cut off
- Fixed menu music resetting between screens

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
