This time, we have A LOT of news to share!
Let’s get straight to the point: there will be a demo of UnderColombia this year.

The project is progressing really well!
And to prove it, it's time to talk about the different aspects of development. ;D

We’re starting strong with this section because...
The demo is fully written!

Pacifist Route. Neutral Route. Genocide Route. All three have been scripted.
We also worked on NPC dialogues and environmental interactions!
Just a reminder: the Ruins (Santander) will be the setting for UnderColombia’s demo.
And that’s not all—we're also working on...

These comics will serve as a prequel to the final game.
Don't worry, reading them is completely optional. They’re meant to give more insight into the world and introduce the characters you'll meet in the game.
And the protagonist of these comics is...

In case you didn’t know, in this AU, Sans is the father of the underground.
Yes, he’s a believer. We like to call him “Christian Sans.”
And these comics… well, they’re going to surprise more than one person—in a good way.

The original concept changed drastically, which led us to develop new designs.
So, we’re officially introducing Jilu!

This little dog, originally just another NPC, has gained more importance in the game’s development.
That’s why we’ve been working on the following sprites!

On another note, we’ve completed the entire map of the Ruins!

This is a HUGE step forward, as having the full layout ready speeds up programming significantly.

We removed all the songs from the Gamejolt page for a good reason: we’re remaking the entire soundtrack!

As we mentioned before, the game’s concepts have changed... as has its tone.

Remember when we changed the game engine? Well, we’re back to Game Maker 2.
In the end, we realized it was the best option for the fangame.

Yes, it’s a system similar to Deltarune's. The idea is to have a different route for each save file.
We also have new images from the game to share!



The programming is mostly in place, though we still have many details to refine. But development is going better than ever! ^^

We hope this update reassures you that UnderColombia is in good hands.
And don’t worry—we’re not stressing out about handling three projects at once. We’re doing just fine! ;D
This AU has evolved significantly, growing into something much bigger that’s sure to make an impact in the community.
From here, we want to assure you that we’ll give it our all so you can witness the crazy ideas we have planned.
