He's a reference of Golden Toy Freddy and Nedd Bear.

Origin: Mecha Golden Toy Sonic was built as a "replacement"
of Mecha Toy Sonic in FNaS6 Mergedverse World, while Silent "The Avatar"
was on the mission to take the Night Guards with her...
(Spoiler Alert: This change was mainly caused by the actions
of Dr. Golden "Preparation" for his "future" reason)
