For majority of past year, I used to believe that Kris is Frisk, but now I've found Cyan SOUL theory interesting.
In my interpretation, they fell with bandage, while Ribbon was given by Toriel, but they were unsatisfied, begging for hornband instead.
The knives they stole belonged to Toriel, hence Chara asking "Where are the knives?"
Just like Noelle from 10th anniversary, and Suzy from Bits and Pieces, their clothes resemble their Dark World palette, as well as Hero concept and Emily from old game Undertale: Patience.
