For new players who don't know how to get the key in the piano room:
Step 1. After you beat night 3, you get taken to the Caverns.
Step 2. Go forward to the hallway and you'll find a treasure chest in there.
Step 3. Lean onto the chest and right click on the lock to open it up.
Step 4. Click on the key and close the chest by right clicking on it.
Step 5. Keep surviving until time runs out in-game.
And done. Hope this helps.
P.S.: If you want to play it again, go check out the extras and click on the PC Floor 1 button. It'll take you back to where you left off.
Once again, if you wanna get the key from the Caverns, just right click on the lock, left click on the key and right click on the top part of the chest, and done. This helps.
