For 25k XP, you can get the Tactical Kat Wrap, 50k XP for the Kat Claws Pickaxe, 75k for Katalina's Kit Bag Back Bling and 100k XP for the Katalina skin!
Quests are completable by Android or iPhone in European Union! The rewards are NOT exclusive to the quests, they are gonna be available for purchase at the item shop in the future.
